It is a residential project allocated to families and students, considering the importance of the university in the city of Trento and the proximity to the Mart (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto). The project is located on the edge of the river Leno, a tributary of the river Adige and consists of two blocks with a concrete structure, completely plastered in white. It has the characteristic of having the facing mountain south facade very open and covered with wooden vertical slats, both as a matter of thermal comfort and of summer shading, and it creates a warmer atmosphere and intimate space which goes on mixing with the forest atmosphere. Opposed to this facade, it has born a much more closed and rigid facade towards the front of the river, with smaller openings and regular windows. On the ground floor are located all commercial functions and public spaces while in the upper floors are developed the apartments.
